Our Timor coffee is produced by coffee farmers from extremely small farms across the countryside who often oversee no more than a hectare of coffee producing farmland. The coffee crop in these high altitude regions were originally planted by Portuguese colonists, but has changed over time creating a new hybrid varietal with cleaner cup characteristics.
Altitude: 800 – 1600 meters above sea level

Acidity: Medium
Tasting Notes: Sweet fruit and cocoa tones. Well balanced and smooth. Very enjoyable as a single origin or blend with other origins.
