How to Use:

Measure - 1 teaspoon per cup
Brewing Temperature - 85°C
Brewing Time - 5 - 7 minutes

Take 1 cup, 30 minutes before bed. Repeat during the night if needed. Take each night for 3-6 weeks to promote natural sleep cycle.
